Onboard Services for Group Bookings

For groups of 12 or more we offer a range of dedicated onboard services. Whether it's a three course meal, a light snack or a coffee and cake, we can provide a delicious range of food and drink options to meet your party's requirements. Tasty packed lunches, retail vouchers and group menus can be tailored to your needs.

Dine on board

Have a delightful meal on board and sample some of Scotland's famous local produce while sailing through spectacular scenery.  Arrange a special lunch and/or dinner for your group to enjoy, and choose from a wide selection of meals and drinks.

Our sample menu below shows some of the tasty dishes available as 2 or 3 course meals with tea or coffee.

Make the occasion an exclusive one for your group.  Contact our Retail Operations department who may be able to allocate a specific area of the Mariners cafeteria and also arrange for table service to be provided to your group so they can enjoy their meal and journey together.

Lunch on the go

Organise a tasty lunch for your customers.  Ideal for a takeway picnic or to be eaten on board, our pre-order packed lunches can be tailored to suit and easily picked up on board our ships.

Retail Vouchers

Give your customers maximum flexibilty throughout our on board service areas with our 'CalMac Retail Vouchers'.  Available in multiples of £2.50 and £5.00 these are ideal for buying last minute souvenirs, snacks or meals on board.  Vouchers should be ordered in advance and can be collected at the port office prior to boarding.
