- Operating an approved management system which complies with the requirements of ISO 9002: 1994, ISO 14001, and the International Maritime Organisation (ISM) Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention
- Monitoring the management of our environmental objectives and programs for action
- Minimising the risk of pollution on land and water caused by Company operations
- Managing and disposing of waste in a controlled manner
- Improving, where practicable, the appearance and housekeeping of Company Ports and Workshops to minimise the impact on the local environment
- Meeting environmental legislation
- Encouraging the active participation, initiative, endeavor and ideas of all staff
- Continuously developing the knowledge and skills of staff
- Improving communications within the Company through the introduction of team briefings
- Developing team working and effective communication skills
- Constantly reviewing all aspects of the Company's operation to improve efficiency and effectiveness
