Tickets: Book your ticket online, in advance of travel, even if you’re a foot passenger. All vehicles and passengers must have a valid ticket prior to travel.

Check-in: Vehicle check-in: 45 minutes prior to departure for vehicles. Late check-in may result in your space being reallocated or vehicles being refused carriage.

Passenger check-in, Saturday 18 October – Saturday 15 November: Due to the ongoing technical issue impacting the passenger gangway at Stornoway and as a result of loading requirements on MV Isle of Lewis, all foot passengers, especially those requiring assistance, are requested to check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to sailing time for departures from Stornoway to ensure safe loading operations.
