I have an appointment with the doctor in 4 weeks, can I travel under the protocol?


The protocol is only for customers who have been notified in three weeks or less before the appointment date. If you have an appointment, follow the normal booking process to book your travel. If you still need to book transport three weeks or less before the appointment and are unable to, please call the Customer Engagement Centre on 0800 066 5000 and one of our representatives will assist you.
