I have a Travel Trade Tour booked, how do I pay and collect the tickets?

 

Booking - Non Credit Account Holders - You now book online for foot passengers, cars, vans and small coaches (6m or under), people carriers and motorbikes. There is no longer a need to book through the Travel Trade Department as you can now easily self-serve via the main CalMac website.

 

Payment- Non Credit Account Holders

If you do not hold a CalMac Credit Account, we are working in line with the company policy which is 'payment at time of booking'

 

Payment - Credit Account Holders

Please remember to bring along your 'letter of introduction' which should include all the travel details including your account number on your company letter headed paper - our staff cannot issue tickets without this paperwork.
