How are payments from customers travelling as patients with NHS Highland changing - and what do I need to know?
From 1 January 2022, customers are no longer required to make a £10 contribution upfront - the full booking will be paid under the credit account held by NHS Highland, with the £10 customer contribution being recouped separately by NHS after travel.
