Is Advanced Standby operating on Oban-Craignure and Oban-Coll-Tiree routes?

Following ongoing discussions with Transport Scotland, Mull & Iona Ferry Committee and Coll and Tiree Community Councils, we have agreed to continue a deck space reservation pilot only on Oban-Craignure and Oban-Coll-Tiree routes.

This pilot to allow customers with last minute travel needs to be able to travel when a sailing would otherwise be fully booked.   

We will continue to engage with communities and Transport Scotland throughout the pilot period to gather feedback on impact, which will then feed into discussions about future timetable periods.

This means that, following ongoing consultation with local communities, and at their request, Advance Standby will be suspended on the Oban-Craignure and Oban-Coll-Tiree routes only, during the pilot period.
