CalMac Christmas 2023 Competition Terms & Conditions 

• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.  

• This competition will commence at 00:00 GMT on 05 December 2023 and all entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 12 Dec 2023.   

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.   

Entry  

• Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.  

• Entry to this competition is accepted on Caledonian MacBrayne website via the entry form.  

• Entrants may only submit one entry.   

Prizes  

1. There is one prize which consists of: CalMac 2024 Calendar, CalMac Brick Ferry, CalMac Cuddly Lion, MV Suilven T-shirt (size L).   

2. The max value of the total prize is £100.  

3. The competition prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product.  

4. Caledonian MacBrayne do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.  

5. Winners will be selected at random from all properly submitted entries, and the winner will be selected no later than 5 days after the closing of the competition. Any winner selected will have 72 hours to accept their prize, otherwise another winner will be selected at random from the remaining correctly submitted entries.  

6. A member of the Caledonian MacBrayne team will be in touch to notify winners on the contact details supplied in the competition form.  

7. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

8. By entering the competition each entrant will be consented to marketing emails. 

9. By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.  

10. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, and no cash value can be claimed in respect of portions of the prize. No credit will be issued for any monetary value remaining after the prize has been redeemed.  

11. Caledonian MacBrayne decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  

12. This promotion is governed by Scots law.  

13. The competition closes at 23:59 on 12 December 2023.
