I have not yet cancelled my tickets for travel later this summer. How will you manage capacity with a reduced timetable?

 

Up until at least 14 June 2020, our essential services timetable will be in operation, transporting essential lifeline services and supplies, only.

We are working on agreeing a new timetable with Transport Scotland. This will be in line with Scottish Government guidelines. It's important to understand that we won't be able to automatically revert to our usual summer timetable, instead it will be the next phase of our current essential services timetable.

Capacity is likely to be further affected by social distancing measures and guidelines.

When it does come into operation, any new timetable will still prioritise lifeline services and supplies.

Depending on the criteria of the time, once space for lifeline services and supplies has been allocated, we will aim to honour existing reservations.

The criteria surrounding the Covid19 pandemic is a fast-changing situation. We are working with Scottish Government and Transport Scotland to establish a new timetable that fits with guidance and advice on travel and we will update customers via our website and social media channels as soon as we have information on this and how this might affect customers' sailings.

Everything will be underpinned by our need to protect the unique position of the islands and the communities we serve.
