Are you carrying passengers with suspected Covid-19?
We have a protocol in place with the Scottish Ambulance Service setting out how we will transport patients who have a confirmed case of Covid-19. The patient will be carried by the Scottish Ambulance Service only and will remain in the ambulance.
Anyone else who has suspected Covid19, or who is experiencing or displaying the symptoms should be self-isolating, as per the current guidelines from the Scottish Government, and must not travel on any public transport - including ferries.
If you require to be tested for Covid19 and live on an island, please request a home testing kit or visit the local island testing facility if this is available. If you live on the mainland, please arrange to visit a local testing centre. Don't travel on the ferry and stay at home if you feel unwell or if anyone in your household is experiencing coronavirus symptoms.
