Customer Update: Ardrossan to Brodick route - 28 April 2022
Ardrossan to Brodick Service - Update 28 April 2022
We are pleased to let our customers know that repairs on MV Caledonian Isles have been completed ahead of schedule and successful sea trials have now been completed. The vessel will return to normal service from 7am on Friday 29 April, 2022.
This means that a two-vessel service between Ardrossan-Brodick will resume from Friday 29 April and the Ardrossan-Campbeltown service will resume to published timetable from Ardrossan on Friday evening.
We would very much like to thank our customers for your patience, your response to the situation and for the support shown. A disruption of this nature is challenging for you and the communities we serve - this fact is always at the forefront of our minds throughout the period. We'd also like to thank the members of the Caledonian MacBrayne team for their focus and hard work in supporting our customers, and for their round the clock effort to return the vessel to service earlier than anticipated.
For those customers whose reservations had been affected up to 3 May, please take a look at the frequently asked questions below, which provides information and support for you.
Thank you.
