Customer Update  - Services to and from Arran

Our services are currently being affected by a series of delays in our annual overhaul and repair schedule and its subsequent impact on vessel availability. We will continue to share the latest information for our customers and communities here on our website and social media channels. Given the nature of our deployment plans, this will often be on a route and area specific basis. 

Ardrossan-Brodick -  This route will operate a single vessel timetable until 13 April 2023.

MV Caledonian Isles, which normally operates services between Brodick-Ardrossan is undergoing important repairs, and engineers have advised she will now complete overhaul on the 12 April and expected to resume service on 13 April.

A shuttle service will operate between Claonaig-Lochranza between 9am-5pm as required from 9 March - 30 March inclusive and the summer timetable will commence for this route on 31 March.

The Ardrossan-Campbeltown service will now commence on 11 May.

As it currently stands, MV Hebridean Isles will not be returning to the Arran service.

Our team will be in contact with any customers who have a booking that has been affected. Thank you for your patience while our teams work towards returning vessels to service as quickly as possible, while also working hard to provide support to our customers in a challenging period.

We know that with no spare vessels and limited deployment options, this period is very challenging for our customers and the communities we serve. We are sorry for the effect it is having on you. Our team's focus continues to be on resuming normal services as soon as possible - and we will continue to share the latest information we have on how we are managing this situation.
