Customer update - latest update on services, 23 May 2023

Update 26 May 2023 - There has been a further delay to MV Hebrides from annual overhaul. There will be no impact on previously published timetables. Please view our Service Status and Information pages for the latest information on your chosen route.

Following on from our previous updates, we continue to manage the effect of delayed overhaul and ongoing vessel repair, and wanted to provide you with an overview of the latest details on services over the next few days, which you can find below.

There has been a slight delay to the expected return of MV Hebrides which would normally service the Tarbert/Lochmaddy-Uig route. She is expected to return to service on Saturday 27 May, instead of Thursday 25 May, and this will result in the service updates outlined below.  For any customers who are affected, we will contact you directly. We are conscious that our lines and channels are very busy now, and we are conscious of wait times - so please be assured you will hear from us instead.

We are in the process of updating our reservation system, so some bookings may be unavailable. All bookings affected will be contacted by us in due course.
