If I miss my sailing - can I get another sailing?
If you think you are likely to miss your sailing, please amend your booking online or call our Customer Engagement Centre / Port of departure to make the amendment in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Amendments can be done online and on the phone, up until two hours before check in closes. At the port, bookings can be amended up until check in closes. Check in closing times will be included on your booking confirmation and via our timetable pages.
If you missed your sailing without making an amendment or cancellation, then no refund is due for that leg of your booking and it will be cancelled. Exceptions will still apply.
We highly recommend customers amend where possible. It's completely free to do and still allows travel at a later date (within the designated validity periods), or on a different route (for a different route, customers may receive money back, or be charged additional costs dependant).
When you arrive early, and wish to move to an earlier sailing, subject to availability and where possible, we will move your booking to an earlier or later sailing. Please contact staff at the port of departure who will advise on availability.
