Can I book a commercial vehicle online?
No. If you have a credit account with Caledonian MacBrayne, or if you are booking a vehicle that's 6m or over, please contact us directly, as you normally would, either through our National Accounts team or the local port for commercial customers.
How do I apply for block bookings in the eBooking platform?
The process of applying for block bookings for commercial customers is handled through the port of departure.
I am a commercial customer. Can I amend my booking online?
No. You will need to contact a member of Caledonian MacBrayne staff to make amendments or cancel your bookings. Please contact the port of departure or alternatively you can contact the National Account team for support.
Do I need to have an eTicket to travel?
Yes. You require a ticket to travel, which will need to be scanned prior to the sailing. You can purchase tickets at the port, right up to the day of travel a, providing there is space available at the port of departure.
Can I book online if I am using a credit account?
No, you will not be able to self-serve online using a credit account, regardless of the type of vehicle you are travelling with. Please contact the port of departure or alternatively, you can contact the National Accounts team for support.
What do I do if I need to amend my vehicle length or type?
Please contact the port of departure to amend your bookings.
Do I need to provide a PO at the time of booking?
Commercial customers don't always need to provide a PO for block bookings, however if PO numbers are mandatory for your account and you want to make an ad hoc booking, you will need to provide one at the point of booking.
