I am a commercial customer. How do I make sure I receive communications about our bookings, tickets, and any disruptions?

All commercial customers must assign a default booking holder and add their contact details - including mobile number - to their account. This contact will receive all information on bookings, tickets, and crucially will be the contact for information on disruptions. This helps us to stay in contact with you around disruptions, and ensures you receive updates, booking confirmations and tickets efficiently.   

If you need to modify the details of your bookings you can easily do so by contacting the specific port related to your booking, or via our National Accounts team for assistance on a booking-by-booking basis – you can do this via our email address: nationalaccounts@calmac.co.uk
