Where can I receive CalMac Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi access is available in all of our Port Office buildings, car lanes and in passenger areas on board. 

The service works like any other public wi-fi service, and will provide you with access to the internet. This will allow you to send and receive email, browse the internet, and use social media, amongst other things. As the service is shared with all other passengers, please be aware that speeds may vary. 

During your crossing you may experience coverage gaps to the wi-fi connection, this can be due to a number of reasons including weather, movement and usage of all other customers. In addition, on some of our sailings there are known coverage gaps, as a result of the technologies used to provide the service. CalMac continues to work to improve this free service to customers.
