Can passengers stay in their vehicles on the car deck?
This depends on the route or size of ferry you are travelling on. We have listed the routes below:
Passengers on the following routes are not permitted to remain in their vehicles
Vehicle occupants must be prepared to leave their vehicles as soon as they are parked on board. Please be ready to leave your vehicle promptly and follow signage to our passenger accommodation areas / decks. A passenger announcement will be made to inform you when you can return to your vehicle as the vessel approaches your destination.
