I can’t find the timetable for my route on the app
The app delivers timetable search results for all routes. The results returned will not be a ‘live’ picture of services at that time – instead, they are an enhanced, easy to read excerpt of the timetable for the route and date you have selected.
To get the most up to date information - it’s best to team this with the information on our service status pages. These show the very latest information on the service for your route.
And then, before you search the timetables again:
Try an alternative date. In some cases, a service may not be available on a particular day or a particular time. View / download the timetable pdf and check the notes for details on whether you need to try a different date, time or port.
Check whether our timetable for the period you are searching is available. Most of our timetables are currently published up to 19 October 2025. Timetable data for the summer timetable period 28 March – 19 October 2025 is being published in a phased approach. The first phase is now available to view and book, and our system is currently being updated with the remaining routes in the second phase – for full details on what routes are available, check our customer update. If you’re searching for our Turn Up and Go routes from 28 March – 19 October 2025 via the app - these will be available from 18 February 2025 when advance purchases open.
Check the service status of the route to see if there’s any service information published for the date, time and service you’ve searched for which would affect the sailing’s availability.
Or check back later as it may be that work is underway in the background by our team to update the sailings data in the system.
The timetable search function is not yet available via the website – however, you can access, view and download our published timetables for every route, or use the app, as outlined above.
