Why am I experiencing delays in receiving service status updates within the app?
We have recently published an updated version of our CalMac Service app which includes bug fixes and improvements. Please ensure you have the most up to date version of the app installed on your device. If you are still experiencing delays in receiving the latest information on your device please try the following:
- Restart the app: Restarting the app can help refresh the connection and deliver pending updates.
- Ensure data coverage: A stable data connection is necessary for service status updates.
