Do you offer concession tickets?

There is no standard over 60s ticket, however, concessions are available for islanders in certain areas.

Concessions vary according to your location and local councils in that area.

Information on SPT Concessions

To qualify for concessionary SPT ferry fares, you must live permanently (or own, and pay council tax, in respect of a second home) on one of the islands covered by the scheme or live on the Cowal or Rosneath Peninsulas. Find out more on SPT's website.

Booking travel online with your SPT Ferry Card, Companion SPT Ferry Card or Blue Badge

If you have an SPT Ferry Card, Companion SPT Ferry Card or Blue Badge concession, you can use these online. When you hold one of these concessions, you can select the appropriate option when making your reservation, and they'll be applied to your ticket, meaning you no longer need to do this at the port office or with staff, if you don't wish to. Of course, you can still make your reservation this way if you wish, but it is no longer a necessity. We'll need you to carry your concession card or equivalent with you to present to staff, in line with your providers' terms and conditions.

Please note

All other concessions will remain the same and be processed at your port of departure.
