How do travel trade customers without a credit account pay for a booking?
Payment for travel for travel trade customers without a credit account is due at the time of booking.
If you make a booking over the phone with the National Accounts team, payment can be made by credit or debit card. We accept the following payment methods across our fleet and network: MasterCard, Visa, Apple, Google and Samsung Pay. We no longer accept American Express.
As of 2020 we no longer accept American Express or cheques and as of March 2022 we no longer accept gift vouchers.
