What happens if a travel trade customer is late for a sailing?
If traffic has started loading when you arrive you will be directed on where to park by a member of staff.
Providing space is available once all traffic has been loaded, you will be able to board.
If space is not available, travel won’t be possible. You will be offered an alternative sailing time/date. You can arrange with port staff to change to an available sailing, or have your tickets refunded less the administration charge if alternatives are unsuitable.
