Customer Update - Summer timetable 2025

Updated 26 February 2025

While we move through the busy winter overhaul period, several challenging issues have emerged across the fleet in recent days – and we have had to review our vessel deployment and service plans across the network – which will change some timetables. We have shared details with customers on how this will affect services from February to mid-May in our dedicated customer updates:

As is always the case, dates and details shared can change. If you are travelling on our services, please always check our service status information here on our website, or on the app for the very latest information on services.

Reasons for phased release

We understand the importance for our customers of being able to plan their summer travel well in advance and worked hard to make as many routes as possible available within phase one. For the remaining routes within phase two, we are continuing to navigate the planning process, including ongoing engagement with communities and the development of tidal timetables. We want to make sure we get this right so while we couldn’t release all routes immediately, this phased approach demonstrates our commitment to providing a well-considered solution while making as many routes as possible available before the Christmas period. We look forward to sharing the timetable with you – and welcoming you on board in 2025, if not before.
