When do I collect my tickets?
To receive your tickets there are two options available;
- Print-at-Home: if you selected print-at-home, your tickets are attached to your booking confirmation email as a PDF attachment. The tickets must be printed. They cannot be scanned from mobile devices or laptops. Print portrait, on one side of plain A4 paper. As each unique barcode will be scanned, we do not advise printing in economy mode as will render the barcode unreadable.
- Collect at Port: if you selected to collect your tickets at the port, your tickets will be ready for collection on the day of travel. Please allow additional time to collect your tickets before checking in. We recommend that you print the attached confirmation and bring it with you when you travel. If this is not possible, please ensure that you have your booking number with you.
Please note: whether you are a foot passenger or in a vehicle, passengers who arrive later than the displayed check-in closure times cannot be guaranteed boarding. Please make sure you allow sufficient time to collect your tickets.
