Refund for cancelled commercial reservation?


You can receive a refund for your cancelled commercial reservation, provided you cancel in writing and ​e-mail your cancellation notice to the port of departure at least ​24 hours before scheduled departure.

If you don't meet these cancellation requirements, the customer's future bookings and/or block bookings will be reduced proportionally.

Due to the impact of the Coronavirus and advice from the Scottish Government, our contact centres are operating a reduced service whilst trying to manage an unprecedented level of customer enquiries.
