As we all know, the situation is changing on a daily basis. We will keep our advice, plans and procedures under constant review and we will keep you updated through our website. You can also follow us on social media @calmacferries on facebook and @calmac_updates on twitter for the latest updates on Covid-19.

You can contact us on 0800 066 5000 - but we hope you will understand that our Contact Centre is experiencing a high volume of calls and emails, and it may take a little longer than normal to answer you. Please do not submit a duplicate enquiry.

You can also follow us on Twitter for the latest updates @CalMac_Updates and if you have any questions - just send us a tweet from 08:00 a.m.- 08:00 p.m. 7 days a week. This is the best way for us to take in your questions/comments and get them to the right place.

Contact Centre Opening Hours 

From Tuesday 24 March our Contact Centre will be open Monday - Sunday 8am - 5pm.

Our Contact Centre is currently receiving a high volume of calls, so we may take longer to answer your call, we are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We kindly ask that all bookings travelling outwith 72 hours to call back at a later time or contact us online via our refund request form.
