Are customers affected by disruptions eligible for compensation?

 

Compensation is not available for weather-related disruptions or other disruptions over which we have no control, but legislation sets out levels of compensation for cancellations due to technical breakdowns.

If you wish to make a claim, complete our online Passenger Rights Claim Form  within 28 days of the date of the disrupted journey.
