Can I amend bookings that I have made by telephone?
Yes and you can also make amends using an online account.
If you don't have an online account, you can set one up using the same email address that you used for your booking online. From there, you can amend your booking online, in line with our terms and conditions.
You can also make an amendment via our Customer Engagement Centre.
If you are having difficulty amending the booking online, our Customer Engagement Centre will be able to help you, or our staff at our port offices.
