What does Payment Pending mean?
If the changes you make result in a price difference, an additional payment or a refund will require to be made. Should this payment/refund fail for any reason, the amendments you have made to your booking will be saved and instructions will be displayed on the screen advising you what to do next. The payment/refund will require to be completed before the booking is finalised and new tickets are generated. At this point, the booking will be displayed in 'My Bookings' under the heading Pending.
There will be the option to retry processing the payment/refund by clicking on the Process Payment button next to the affected booking. Alternatively, you can call our customer advisors on 0800 066 5000 and they will be happy to assist you.
