Why must I register a card before I can amend my booking online?
As the changes you make to your booking have the potential to result in additional payment being requested or a refund being due to you, we must have a guaranteed, valid way of processing the charge or refund.
The saved card facility excludes American Express cards. This restriction only affects the ability to save a card to your account. You will still be able to use American Express to pay for bookings over the telephone or online by keying in the card details when prompted to make payment.
