If I can't remember my password how do I reset it?
Please select the 'forgot your password' link on the login screen. You will then receive an email to the address linked with your account with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you've not yet logged into your account, or you have tried and been unable to following the launch of the new booking and ticketing platform, please now log in using the credentials you previously used.
You should receive a verification email to reset your password to your inbox. Please remember to check your spam and junk folders. Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password in the new system.
