How do I cancel my reservation?


All travel on our network is currently only for essential travel. 

Our essential services timetable across our network has now been extended until at least 14 June 2020. While we work on establishing a new timetable with Transport Scotland, no future bookings will be available until at least 14 June 2020 when an updated timetable will be confirmed. 

If you do need to cancel a booking, we will of course waive the cancellation fee and you can begin that process by filling out our refund form here
 


Please note
If you have already contacted us for a refund request, there is no need to send us a duplicate enquiry. We are working hard to process all refunds, this may take up to 21 working days. Thank you for your patience.
