I have made my reservation but cannot see my e-ticket / print at home ticket attachment on my email?
Some customers with Apple devices have recently experienced an intermittent issue with receiving or viewing their e-ticket / print at home attachments via email. We are currently working on a resolution to this issue.
If you've received your booking confirmation email but cannot see the e-ticket / print at home attachment, here's a step-by-step guide to try in the first instance:
Try to open the email on a different device - for example: a Windows PC or Android smartphone.
If you don't have another device, try forwarding your booking confirmation email to your email address. Make sure to select the option to forward with attachments if this is offered to you. Check your email inbox to see if the attachment has now been received and you can view the attachment.
