Can I get a refund for my ticket?

We offer refunds on most tickets as long as you have not used them or the ticket has not expired.

We have published the next phases of our timetable for 1 July to 18 October. From 10 July, bookings will be open on a rolling 4-week period.

For example:10 July at 9am for the period 11 July - 8 August and 11 July at 9am for the period 12 July - 9 August - and so on. Read our latest customer update

If you do need to cancel a booking, we will of course waive the cancellation fee and you can begin that process by filling out our refund form.
