Can I get a refund for my ticket?
We offer refunds on most tickets as long as you have not used them or the ticket has not expired.
For reservations up to and including 24 March 2022
Any bookings made for travel from 10 August - 24 March 2022 will be subject to a £10 refund administration fee - unless this is under circumstances where a cancellation fee is waived e.g. disruption to service.
If you do need to cancel a booking, you can begin that process by filling out our refund form.
American Express Payments
We no longer accept American Express as a method of payment. If your booking has been paid using an American Express card, please call our contact centre on 0800 066 5000 and one of our helpful advisors will process your refund to an alternative card. Opening hours: Monday-Sunday 08:00-17:00
