Can I get a refund for my ticket?


We offer refunds on most tickets as long as you have not used them or the ticket has not expired.

Due to the impact of the Coronavirus and advice from the Scottish Government, our contact centres are operating a reduced service whilst trying to manage an unprecedented level of customer enquiries.

To help us protect our service for those who live on the islands, who have an essential need to travel to or from the mainland and for essential supplies or business. Nothing else. Please visit our website for:

· Refund requests

· Bookings for travel from the 16 July and beyond. We are unable to accept bookings for travel prior to this date. Currently all travel prior to this date is for essential travel and is now operating as a turn-up and go service, which is non-bookable.
