Can I get a refund for my ticket?
We offer refunds on most tickets as long as you have not used them or the ticket has not expired.
Customers with existing bookings on any sailing until the 18 October 2020, who no longer wish to travel, can cancel their reservation and we will waive the £10 refund administration fee.
Any bookings made in the Winter 2020/2021 timetable (19 October 2020 - 25 March 2021) will be subject to a £10 refund administration fee - unless under normal circumstances where a cancellation fee is waived e.g. disruption to service.
