I have a vehicle, do I need to make a reservation?

Yes. We advise you to pre-purchase your tickets for all our routes online and in advance of travel.

You can also purchase your tickets via telephone too, and for our Turn Up and Go routes, this can also be done at our ports, and via our vessels, where relevant.

When you purchase tickets for either our Bookable routes or Turn Up and Go routes online, you'll receive an eTicket directly to your email inbox.

On our Turn Up and Go routes, your ticket is valid for use within the timetable season for which it is / they are purchased - either winter or summer. They cannot be used outside the timetable season you have bought them for, and they are non-refundable. You'll be purchasing an 'open' ticket for a chosen departure date, valid for the season in which you've purchased it, but it won't have a specific sailing time.

We always strongly recommend booking travel in advance of travel for our Bookable routes.

If there's any disruption to your route, we will contact you, if you have provided a mobile number. If you have not made a booking and plan to travel, we recommend you sign up for our sms service status messages or regularly check the service status

Important information - Please note that advance payment is required for all bookings. The vehicle ticket does not include the driver fare the driver is classed as a passenger.
