What happens if I lose connection during my crossing? Will I be able to resume?

During your crossing you may experience coverage gaps to the wi-fi connection, this can be due to a number of reasons including weather, movement and usage of all other customers. In addition, on some of our sailings there are known coverage gaps, as a result of the technologies used to provide the service. 

If connection is lost, re-connect to the service by selecting the 'CalMacPublicWifi' network on your device.
