If you require a vehicle lane with lift access, please alert staff by flashing your hazard lights when waiting to board the ferry
There are no lifts on the small ferries, there is a passenger lounge at the car deck level
Assistance is dependent on crew availability

Our larger ferries provide assistance with stowing luggage, provide a reserved seating and have wheelchair compatible tables within the Mariners Cafeterias
Accessible toilets are available on our larger ferries and some of the smaller ferries

Foot passengers alert staff on arrival and wait in designated assistance meeting point
Vehicle drivers alert staff at the ticket kiosk or upon ticket collection
