Hearing impaired customers can take advantage of a live interpretation service provided by ContactScotland. Simply visit Contact Scotland to use the service or to download the app. This service allows hearing impaired customers to communicate with our Customer Services staff via an interpreter. A number of our ports also feature hearing loop systems.
We also provide service updates on the website where notification of any disruptions by route is available in RNIB large text font for visually impaired customers.
