If you require assistance to complete the next part of your journey, whether that's to get to the train station, taxi or bus station, so long as this is within the immediate environment of the port, we will be able to help you get there. However, you would be responsible for making your own onward travel connections thereafter.
If you think you will need help to meet your onward travel connections, please discuss this with our Customer Services Team at least 48 hours prior to your journey. When it is operationally possible, we will do everything we can to assist, but this cannot be guaranteed.
At busy times when vessels are arriving or departing a port, many of our staff members have safety critical duties to attend to, and naturally these take priority over other activities. We will do all we can to ensure you meet your onward travel connection but may need up to 60 minutes following the arrival time of your vessel to do so. If you need assistance to transfer to a train, bus or taxi, please ensure you book your onward travel, allowing us adequate time to assist you.
Regrettably, due to the logistical and resource challenges that would be presented we are unable at this time to assist you in moving from your arriving transport mode to our ferry services.
