If you need help to get to your seat, then one of our staff members will be pleased to assist you. We have several seats for those with disabilities or additional needs designated within each vessel. These are available on a first come, first served basis however other alternative seating is available. If you think you might need this assistance, please make us aware of this at the time of booking or speak to our  Customer Services Team at least 48 hours prior to your journey. You can also request this assistance by speaking to one of our port or vessel staff on the day. However, if you haven't been able to give us advance notice of your needs, we will endeavour to do the best we can.
