If you require specific assistance with a wheelchair when boarding our vessel, and/or when aboard our vessel then please speak with one of our team in Customer Services to discuss.
Our staff have been trained to use a standard issue wheelchair of the following specifications:
Height - 91cm
Length - 107cm Width - 66cm
Maximum User Weight - 252lb
However, we do advise our staff not to go beyond their own physical abilities and training when assisting passengers with wheelchairs.
