Ardrossan (ARD) - Brodick (BRO)
One or more sailings are disrupted
Thursday 29 April to Tuesday 4 May*
The Ardrossan to Brodick service will operate a single vessel from 29 April until at least 4 May. (*This date is subject to change and we will continue to keep our customers updated throughout.)
The MV Isle of Arran will be temporarily taking over the freight run on the Stornoway-Ullapool route from tomorrow evening (Wednesday 21 April). Passengers who have already booked sailings between Ardrossan and Brodick during this period will be offered alternative sailings as a priority.

Additional capacity will be provided on the Claonaig - Lochranza route during this time.
This will also affect Ardrossan to Campbeltown service, which was set to restart on 29 April. This has been suspended to accommodate essential demand elsewhere.
The change to this service is in response to a major failure of the port engine with MV Loch Seaforth operating the Ullapool – Stornoway route. It is expected that the vessel will be out of service until at least 4 May to allow the engine issue to be thoroughly investigated and repaired.
We know and understand the reduction of any service can be very challenging for our customers and the communities we serve, and we apologise for the inconvenience this will cause.

Ardrossan car park is now unmanned for the foreseeable future. Users of this car park do so at their own risk, CalMac will not accept liability for any accidents/damage or loss incurred.
