New bookings and amendments are restricted from the 20 Feb to 27 Mar while this work is being undertaken. We will provide a further update as soon as impacted bookings have been contacted.

Please visit our customer update for background information.
MV Isle of Arran – Passenger Lift
Please be advised that the passenger lift on board MV Isle of Arran is currently out of service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Passengers requiring lift access are asked to travel on MV Alfred on the Troon - Brodick service where possible.
Additional routes to Arran
If space is not available on the Ardrossan-Brodick service, there are two other options for travel to Arran.
MV Alfred will continue to operate the Troon-Brodick service until Tuesday 4 March (caravans and motorhomes over 6 metres not permitted)
Customers are also advised that a combined service will operate between Tarbert – Portavadie/Lochranza and Lochranza – Claonaig from Saturday 16 November – Thursday 19 December.
Due to a smaller vessel operating the Ardrossan-Brodick service, we strongly encourage all customers – including foot passengers – to book in advance, in order to guarantee their space and avoid disappointment.
Turn Up and Go and Bookable route online purchases. If you have purchased tickets online as a group or for any number of travel companions, for use on any of our Turn Up and Go or Bookable routes, the full party must travel on the same sailing. This applies to both legs of your journey. If you are unsure if all members of your group are travelling together, please complete separate transactions online.
Connecting Services - For customers using connecting services please note these services do not always guarantee a connection, particularly during times of disruption. We advise that you check both CalMac and connecting service websites prior to travel to ensure you can reach your end destination safely.
Stay Safe - When travelling with us, we strongly recommend our customers follow our safer travel guidance. Before travel, take a moment to familiarise yourself with the details.
