Monday 15th April - Friday 10th May

Due to vessel deployments in order to support the annual overhaul programme, MV Coruisk and MV Loch Frisa will operate a two vessel service. Please see timetable here: Please see timetable here.

Please note there has been further amendments on Fri-Sun sailings during this period due to berthing clashes in Craignure.

Whilst we work on updating our reservation system some bookings will be unavailable. Customers with bookings affected with these changes will be contacted by the ports in due course. Please do not contact the ports until you have received communication from them, as they will not be able to assist you until all amendments have been completed.

Saturday 20th April – Thursday 9th May

In order to provide additional capacity to Mull, MV Isle of Mull will operate between Lochboisdale – Oban via Craignure on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Timetables for these days can be found here.

Foot Passenger Tickets
Monday 15th April - Friday 10th May

Due to limited passenger capacity, from 15th April until 10th May, foot passengers are advised to book tickets in advance.

Lochaline - Fishnish

We have an alternative crossing to/from Mull via our non-bookable Lochaline - Fishnish service. This route is a turn up and go service and will be operated on a first come first served basis. Customers should be aware their preferred sailing choice may not be guaranteed.

Supplementary information

24th May - 3rd June

We will be running additional sailings for visitors travelling to and from Islay's Fèis Ìle in May and June 2024, following consultation with local communities, and other routes will be temporarily impacted as a result. If you have a booking in place that is affected, we do apologise for this, and our port team will be in touch with you in date order to provide further information and support.

Turn Up and Go and Bookable route online purchases. If you have purchased tickets online as a group or for any number of travel companions, for use on any of our Turn Up and Go or Bookable routes, the full party must travel on the same sailing. This applies to both legs of your journey. If you are unsure if all members of your group are travelling together, please complete separate transactions online.

Connecting Services - For customers using connecting services please note these services do not always guarantee a connection, particularly during times of disruption. We advise that you check both CalMac and connecting service websites prior to travel to ensure you can reach your end destination safely.

Connecting Bus Connections - Citylink have made some improvements for summer timetable connections between Oban and Glasgow. Visit citylink.co.uk for the latest timetables.
