Supplementary information

Until Thursday 28th March

Due to service being operate by MV Lochnevis, this vessel operates single-ended which means vehicles will be required to reverse on/off the car deck on sailings. We will be unable to accommodate caravans or trailers.

Friday 29th March – 4th April
Due to delays in the annual overhaul programme MV Coruisk has been deployed on the Oban – Craignure service. Therefore, a single vessel timetable will operate with MV Loch Fyne between Mallaig – Armadale. Please see timetable here. 

Friday 5th April
The following sailings have been cancelled due to MV Coruisk being on passage from Craignure.
Departs Mallaig – 0740, 0930 and 1145
Departs Armadale – 0830, 1030 and 1445

All other sailings will operate as timetabled.

We are currently updating our reservation system to reflect these changes and bookings affected will be contacted by us in due course.

Saturday 6th – Friday 12th April
Normal summer timetable applies.

Saturday 13th April – Friday 10th May
We are currently reviewing our timetable for this period and a further update will be provided when available.  

24th May - 3rd June

We will be running additional sailings for visitors travelling to and from Islay's Fèis Ìle in May and June 2024, following consultation with local communities, and other routes will be temporarily impacted as a result. If you have a booking in place that is affected, we do apologise for this, and our port team will be in touch with you in date order to provide further information and support.

A82 NORTH BALLACHULISH TO ONICH, NIGHTTIME ROAD CLOSURES WITH AMNESTIES 

Tuesday 5th to Friday 29th March

BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Transport Scotland, will undertake essential carriageway resurfacing works on the A82 between North Ballachulish and Onich.
Due to the nature of the works, it will be necessary to close the A82 trunk road in both directions each night from the evening of Tuesday 5th March to the morning of Friday 29th March. No work will be undertaken on Friday or Saturday nights.
The road will be closed each night between 19:00 to 06:00. Amnesty periods will be in place where work on site will be temporarily suspended, vehicles will then be escorted through site at the following times: 8pm, 9pm till 9:30pm, 10:30pm, 11:30pm, 1am and 3am.
The road closure and convoy systems will be removed out-with working hours, however a 30mph speed limit and warning signs will remain in place. Access through the works site for emergency services will be always maintained. 

A82 CORRYCHURRACHAN, NIGHTTIME ROAD CLOSURES WITH AMNESTIES
Sunday 21st April to Friday 3rd May 2024

It will be necessary to close the A82 trunk road in both directions each night from the evening of Sunday 21st April to the morning of Friday 3rd May, a total of 10 nights. No work will be undertaken on Friday or Saturday nights. The road will be closed each night between 20:00 to 06:00. Amnesty periods will be in place where work on site will be temporarily suspended and vehicles will be escorted through site at: 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, 12am, 2am and 4am. The road closure will be removed out with working hours, however a 30mph speed limit and warning signs will remain in place.

Passenger Lift

An engineer has attended the vessel and the passenger lift is now fully operational.

Hi-Trans Boards

Please be advised that we are currently having issues with our Hi-Trans boards. We are currently working to resolve this issue.

Until Further Notice

We are currently experiencing a technical issue affecting our electronic display boards at Fort William & Broadford. Please accept our apologies while we work to resolve this issue.

Turn Up and Go and Bookable route online purchases. If you have purchased tickets online as a group or for any number of travel companions, for use on any of our Turn Up and Go or Bookable routes, the full party must travel on the same sailing. This applies to both legs of your journey. If you are unsure if all members of your group are travelling together, please complete separate transactions online.
