Thursday 21 November

To assist with disruption on the Sound of Harris service, MV Hebrides will operate the following amended timetable:

Depart Lochmaddy – 07:30
Arrive Uig – 09:15

Depart Uig – 09:40
Arrive Tarbert – 11:20

Depart Tarbert – 11:50*
Arrive Lochmaddy – 13:30

Depart Lochmaddy – 14:00
Arrive Uig – 15:45

Depart Uig – 17:00
Arrive Tarbert – 18:40

*Customers wishing to use this sailing to travel to Uig are asked to phone the port directly on 01859 570376 (Option 2) to make their booking.

Saturday 16 – Saturday 30 November

As a result of delays to MV Caledonian Isles returning to service and the impact on vessel redeployments resulting in the cancellation of services to/from Lochboisdale, an amended timetable will operate during Saturday 16 – Saturday 30 November.

Supplementary information

Passenger Gangway Information
Due to being unable to use the passenger gangway at Lochmaddy, all foot passengers must embark/disembark via the car deck until further notice.

A82 Glengarry Castle, Night time Road Closure
Works have now been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances; Consultation will be carried out a month before the works are rescheduled to take place. 

Check-in – Please ensure that you arrive at the port in time to check-in for your sailing. Check-in is 45 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 30 minutes for foot passengers. Late check-in may lead to refusal of carriage and space reallocated.

Foot Passenger Minibus

Due to pier upgrades in Uig, please be advised that a minibus will be available to transport foot passengers from the port office to the vessel. Passengers will embark and disembark from the car deck.

Turn Up and Go and Bookable route online purchases. If you have purchased tickets online as a group or for any number of travel companions, for use on any of our Turn Up and Go or Bookable routes, the full party must travel on the same sailing. This applies to both legs of your journey. If you are unsure if all members of your group are travelling together, please complete separate transactions online.
