Until Monday 30 September

Discussions are ongoing between our teams and contractors to arrange inspections on MV Hebrides’ aft mezzanine deck to determine a repair plan. In order to manage current available space, a reduction in vehicle capacity onboard the vessel will be in place until 30th September and any customers impacted by this will be contacted directly.

An update will be provided week commencing Monday 23 September.

Foot Passenger Minibus

Due to pier upgrades in Uig, please be advised that a minibus will be available to transport foot passengers from the port office to the vessel. Passengers will embark and disembark from the car deck.

Check-in – Please ensure that you arrive at the port in time to check-in for your sailing. Check-in is 45 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 30 minutes for foot passengers. Late check-in may lead to refusal of carriage and space reallocated.

Turn Up and Go and Bookable route online purchases. If you have purchased tickets online as a group or for any number of travel companions, for use on any of our Turn Up and Go or Bookable routes, the full party must travel on the same sailing. This applies to both legs of your journey. If you are unsure if all members of your group are travelling together, please complete separate transactions online.
