What if I do not know the weight or dimensions of my freight when filling out the form?

We understand that some information will not be known about your freight at the time of filling out the form, please try to provide as accurate information as possible about the freight weight, dimensions, and quantity otherwise we may not guarantee acceptance if the freight is not able to be stored or shipped within our restrictions when it arrives at Mallaig.  

If you are limited to your information at the time of filling out the form, please follow up with the freight team later so that we have the most accurate information about your freight items and can accommodate their storage and shipment where possible. 

The more information provided the better the freight team can plan and prepare for the delivery and shipment of freight.
