I already have a booking in place. How will the new system affect me? 

Bookings which were made prior to 17 May 2023, have been transferred across to the new system.  

You will have received an updated eTicket from us direct to your inbox which you can bring with you via your device, when you travel with us.

If you have not received your eTicket, please contact us via our Customer Engagement Centre.
