I have an online account with you, how should I update it?
If you've not yet logged into your account, or you have tried and been unable to following the launch of the new booking and ticketing platform, please now log in using the credentials you previously used.
You should receive a verification email to reset your password to your inbox. Please remember to check your spam and junk folders. Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password in the new system.
